Effective from 10 December 2020

If you need to exchange or return and item, we are happy to help! We accept all returns and exchanges for items that are full price. This excludes exchange and returns for change of mind purchases on sale and promotional items.
In order to exchange or return product/s bought online through our online store, you will need to follow the steps below:


1. Return products to the following address (mail only)

You must include the following with your return items:

- A note containing your order number, full name and clear written exchange instructions (include style/size preference). Please check available stock online before returning.
A prepaid postage satchel with your name and address already filled out so that we can post your exchange straight back to you.

We try our best to accept items that are returned to us, however, please observe our policy as follows:


1. Orders must be returned to us within 14 days from date of delivery (as indicated on your tracking page). Returns outside this period will not be accepted.
2. Items must be returned unworn and in their original condition. This means the garments must – be unworn & unwashed, have all tags and labels attached and have no marks, dirt, scratches, stains or strong smells/odours.
3. No refunds for items purchased using credit notes, gift cards, sale items and promo coupons.
4. Exchanges and returns for orders can only be processed directly through our online store only. 
5. Returns that do not include a return note with instructions will be returned to sender.
6. All postage and handling costs will be incurred by the customer, not Caio Swim. It is recommended to use a shipping service with tracking as Caio Swim is not liable for any packages lost in transit. All items are inspected by our staff upon arrival.

For any self inflicted damages to the product after purchase, Caio Swim will not be held liable. Therefore no replacement will be given.
